RichLinker is a professional link building platform that provides users with curated backlink resources (weekly updates), project management tools, and team collaboration features.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Registration

• Each email address can only register one account
• Users are responsible for protecting account security and should not share accounts with others
• Users must be 18 years or older or have legal guardian consent

2.2 Account Responsibility

• Users are responsible for all activities under their account
• If account theft is discovered, the platform should be notified immediately

3. Service Usage

3.1 Allowed Usage

• Legal and compliant link building activities
• Personal or commercial SEO projects
• Team collaboration and project management

3.2 Prohibited Usage

• Any illegal or harmful content
• Spam or malicious links
• Infringement of others' intellectual property rights
• Interference with normal platform operation
• Malicious data scraping with automated tools

4. Subscriptions & Paid Services

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: Basic features, limited resource access
• Monthly Plan: Full features, monthly billing (limited to 5 projects simultaneously)
• Annual Plan: Full features + unlimited projects + team member management, annual billing with discounts
• Pay-per-link: Billing based on actual usage

4.2 Payment & Refunds

• All fees are quoted in USD
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled by user
• Due to immediate access to all resources after payment, refunds are not supported. Users are advised to fully utilize the free plan before subscribing
• Late payment may result in service suspension

5. Data Privacy & Security

5.1 Data Collection

• Account information: Username, email, password (encrypted storage)
• Usage data: Project information (encrypted), link data (encrypted)
• Payment information: Securely processed

5.2 Data Protection

• Industry-standard encryption technology
• Project information and link data use end-to-end encryption
• Regular security audits and updates
• Strict control of data access permissions

6. Service Termination

6.1 User Termination

• Users may cancel subscription at any time
• Service continues until current billing cycle ends after cancellation
• Account data will be retained for 30 days

6.2 Platform Termination

• Serious violations may result in account termination
• Long-term inactive accounts may be cleaned up
• Platform closure will be notified 30 days in advance

7. Terms Modification

• Platform reserves the right to modify service terms
• Major modifications will be notified 30 days in advance
• Continued use of service indicates acceptance of new terms
• Service may be terminated if new terms are not agreed to
